I recently moved out of an apartment and needed to have my carpets cleaned. SERVPRO was very accommodating to my schedule and quick to respond. They gave me a 4 hour time window and came within the first hour! The communication was great and they called me when they were on their way and when the job was completed. The two gentlemen that came to clean were very kind and professional. Our apartment doesn’t have an elevator, but that was no problem. They came well prepared. When I moved into my apartment, we had a flood and obtained a musty smell in one of the bedrooms. After SERVPRO completed their high quality job, the musty smell was gone! They left our apartment smelling fresh and clean. I would highly recommend their services. Not only do they do carpet shampooing, but other clean up service if you e been through a flood or fire. I contacted SERVPRO to help us get rid of cigarette odors from a garage where an individual had been chain-smoking for about 2 years. We tried everything to get rid of the odor. They came out within two days of contacting them and were successful and getting rid of the odor. We are still amazed. Great service from them top to bottom!
